Services as a Photographer

I offer both studio as well as onsite services.

In my studio I love being a maternity photographer, child phtographer, newborn photographer and family photographer.

My style of photographing people tends towards capturing the essence of the individuals personality and character and the natural interaction between people rather than a set pose that is the same for everyone. If you have any specific requirements I do allow for some flexibility where possible.

My lighting as a maternity photographer, childred photographer, newborn photographer and family photographer.

Is typically diffused by using a soft box, the soft box is essentially a strobe encased in an opaque box and one side is made of translucent fabric material. Providing a softer lighting for portrait work and is considered visually more appealing.

My technique as a maternity photographer, children photographer, newborn photographer and family photographer. It is desirable to capture the child’s eyes and face in sharp focus while allowing other less important elements to be rendered in a soft focus. Additionally, I capture the spontaneous mood and in wanting to trigger a emotional response.

I use some props in my studio shoots however my backgrounds are plain to allow the individuals to be the focus of the image, all the better to allow the persons personality to show through.

My attitude as a maternity photographer, children photographer, newborn photographer and family photographer is lite hearted when dealing with children, a family or newborns.I ensure I place people at ease and help them relax in front of the camera. I found dealing with maternity shots; mums tend to be glowing already. I use communication skills, toy’s, teddies in my studio in Midrand. Fun and laughter towards children and families is vital and makes the work rewarding.

My timing as a child, children photographer and new born photographer ensure my equipment is ready as we must work fast as the child or children will get restless, hence the usage or props always help provide natural smiles.

My timing as a pregnancy or maternity photographer I ensure mum is always comfortable and provide breaks during shoot specifically when near birth date.

My on location services cover a variety of company and personals special events. On a commercial front i have covered a number of shoots for companies for their magazines and editorials. Private special events I cover range from childrens parties, weddings, 21st birthdays, christenings,hens parties and more.
